Meet the Owner/Broker/Property Manager
Vahan B. Zartarian
His professional life didn’t begin with real estate. He followed his father’s footsteps and was very business minded from an early age. After graduating from school with a business management and accounting degree, he began working with his father in a very successful family-owned metal import and export business which he later became a co-owner and manager. Years down the road he started his own business where he was an importer/exporter of men’s apparel in Dubai.
When he first came to the United States, he lived in California then shortly thereafter he met his wife and moved to Las Vegas and has lived in Summerlin since 2001.
In 2005 he decided to become a real estate agent. Along with having his real estate license, he also acquired a property management permit and business broker license (selling and purchasing businesses).
In 2018 he decided to become a broker and established his own brokerage, Z Realty & Property Management, LLC.
He works with clients to purchase or sell as well as manage properties throughout the Greater Las Vegas area, as well as Henderson and North Las Vegas. He has a wide clientele base and works with sellers and buyers from United States and abroad.
He speaks English, Armenian, Arabic and French fluently and is passable in Spanish.

Betty has been a Las Vegas resident since 1998. She has a wonderful family, is a mother of three beautiful children, comes from a Hispanic background and is bilingual, she speaks English and Spanish.
Betty’s professional life begun as a dental and oral surgery assistant for a very successful office in Las Vegas over 16 years ago. Because of her knowledge and experience, Betty was soon promoted to the billing and credentialing department. Her desire to grow professionally and to have the opportunity to serve her community lead her to become a real estate agent.
After months of preparation and continued training, she is committed to providing the best care for every client. Being a Las Vegas resident for over 20 years, she knows the Valley and the surrounding areas very well. She works with buyers and sellers in the Greater Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin areas as well as out of state clients who would like to purchase a home here.
